A safe space to navigate life’s hardest moments.
When life feels overwhelming, you deserve a place where you can slow down, be heard, and feel supported. At Lighthouse Mental Health and Wellness we hold space for your story and walk alongside you as you find clarity, strength and hope.
Our Approach to Care
At Lighthouse, we believe you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Our work is grounded in the belief that every person carries a rich and meaningful story, and that healing happens when you are met with compassion, respect, and genuine understanding. We provide a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward meaningful change. We view it as an honor to be entrusted with your story, and we walk alongside you with care, collaboration, and hope.
Who We Serve
Adolescents
Supporting teens as they navigate anxiety, school and performance pressure, identity development, peer relationships, and emotional overwhelm. We provide a steady space where teens can feel heard, understood, and supported while building confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills—so they can find their footing during uncertain seasons.
Adults
Helping adults work through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and the lasting impact of past experiences. We offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most—so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and confident in your next steps.
Couples
Supporting couples who feel disconnected, stuck in conflict, or struggling with communication, trust, or life transitions. We help partners better understand one another, rebuild emotional safety, and strengthen their connection—so the relationship can feel like a place of stability rather than stress.
Families
Helping families navigate conflict, communication challenges, changing roles, and the emotional needs of children and teens. We work collaboratively to strengthen understanding, improve connection, and restore balance within the family system—so everyone feels more supported and less alone.
Meet Our Therapists
Our clinicians bring warmth, experience, and a deep respect for each person’s story. We work collaboratively with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered.
