Amy works with teens and adults, specializing in trauma, athlete mental health, and supporting first responders. With over 15 years of experience, she offers a compassionate, grounded space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported. Amy helps individuals make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a more authentic and empowered sense of self.

Megan Canfora, M.A, LPC

Megan is a trauma‑informed therapist who supports children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. Her work centers on meeting each client exactly where they are, offering steady, compassionate guidance that helps them feel more grounded, more self‑accepting, and more connected in their daily lives.
