Nikole Mack, M. Ed., LPC

Starting counseling can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, accepted, and truly heard. You can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll take it from there.

I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges in relationships, school, or friendships. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like yourself, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and find tools that genuinely support your day-to-day life.

My approach is collaborative and flexible. I use evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. We’ll figure out what works best for you and move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

I began my career working with children on the autism spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician and later earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve worked in community mental health with individuals from many different backgrounds, and I currently practice at Lighthouse Counseling and Wellness, where I continue to grow as a clinician.

Outside of work, I enjoy trying new restaurants with my husband, spending time outdoors with our two dogs, staying active, and connecting with family and friends. I value authenticity, balance, and a sense of humor, because counseling can be meaningful while still allowing space for lightness.

If you’re looking for a counselor who is warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to, I am here for you.
